Ederlezi is a house in San Pedro Garza GarcÃa, Mexico, designed by Práctica Arquitectura in 2022. The residence is organized around a narrow plot and features a unique central courtyard that creates two distinct volumes. Its interior comprises rugged reddish tones, reflecting Mediterranean and desert landscapes. A zigzag pattern on the exterior façade aligns with heritage restrictions, integrating classic and contemporary elements. Built on a very narrow plot within the historic center of San Pedro Garza in Monterrey metropolitan area, the project is organized around a sequence of volumes and courtyards rooted in a rational order.
A central patio divides the house into two distinct volumes that explore the possibilities offered within a small area by building up. The main volume has two floors and a rooftop terrace, while the second contains a designed living room, dining room, and kitchen in open space.
