Casas da Quinta de Cima Overlooking Praia da Fábrica’s Dunes

Casas da Quinta de Cima in Tavira Municipality, Portugal, is a cluster of farmhouse apartments designed by João Pedro Falcão de Campos. Nestled on a 50-hectare family farm, these properties feature minimalist interiors and are characterized by their integration with the surrounding landscape.

Minimalist Farmhouse Apartments Overlook Praia da Fábrica
Just a couple of kilometres from Cacela Velha, overlooking the beautiful rolling dunes of Praia da Fábrica, Casas da Quinta de Cima is a cluster of fully serviced discrete luxury farmhouse apartments nestled on the grounds of a 50-hectare family farm.

The individual villas feature outdoor traces with landscaped gardens and modern, minimalist interiors.

On one side, large glass windows open onto a suspended terrace that overlooks lemon, orange or avocado groves where you can enjoy spectacular ocean sunsets and extended views all the way to the Tavira coastline.
Traditional Design Elements and Family Chapel
The outbuildings were subtly transformed under the keen eye of architect João Pedro Falcão de Campos, whose project focused on respecting the sanctity and authenticity of the surrounding landscape without compromising the agricultural history that underpins the farm?s traditional identity.

A small private family chapel is a hallmark of Campos? quirky minimalist approach and a further expansion of self-contained bungalows with swimming pools lie towards the bottom of the property closer to the sea.
