Designed by architect Kobi Karp, this villa is part of the Sunset Islands, four man-made islands that make up one of the most prestigious residential enclaves of Miami Beach. The flawlessly achieved objective of the design was to create spaces in tune with the amazing outdoor landscape. With their refined style, the Minotti furnishing pieces selected by architect Felix Cohen together with Minotti Miami, have mixed elegant tropical taste with exquisite Italian craftsmanship.
In a green oasis, the villa, of approximately 650 sqm, spans both indoor and outdoor spaces that flow together in seamless succession. The freshness and exuberance of the vegetation and water that surround the villa are respectfully and harmoniously complemented by the contemporary furnishing pieces, and vice versa. The master suite upstairs, for example, alternates a sleeping area with an outdoor relaxation area, leading to the bathroom, styled and equipped like a spa. The Lawrence Bed by Rodolfo Dordoni, which personalises the wall with a large asymmetrical, upholstered headboard, is accompanied by the Lou nightstands by Christophe Delcourt in mellow shades of larch wood.
