The Wong House in Los Feliz California by Buff & Hensman, also one of the Case Study Houses was built in 1968. If you are looking for a place to kick it for the holidays this might be the place. 15k per month is the low price and you can “midcentury” in style. Scarlett Johansson and Ryan Reynolds bought the house in 2010 and made so eco friendly upgrades but then shortly after that sold the place. The back of the house is a dramatic picture with a wall of glass and jutting roof line showing structural beams. I guess the views are pretty outstanding as well.
