Urban-X launches third cohort of companies reimagining cities



9 startups will take up residence at A/D/O in Greenpoint, Brooklyn Now in its third cycle, Urban-X, the venture accelerator headquartered at A/D/O in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, has announced nine startups that will be taking up residence there for five months.
Urban-X, which was founded by Mini, the automotive company, supports companies that offer solutions to ?reimagine city life? through technology and design. These solutions range from road quality assessment to automating city logistics to turning buildings into power plants. Below, a closer look at the third cohort.
RoadBotics monitors road conditions through AI technology, identifying problems like cracks, potholes, signage, vegetation, and debris, allowing for more streamlined infrastructure maintenance and management.
