Designed in 2019, Subterranean Summer Residences comprise six independent underground residences on a hill in Korfos in Mykonos. Each residence has its own swimming pool viewing the Aegean see, and there are parking areas for the residents. The openings behind and above the underground residences provide ventilation and light. These openings and windows are designed as wide as possible to provide natural lighting and a better view of the surroundings.

The Subterranean Summer Residences differ in size from one to three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms as well as living areas. The walls and layered design provide privacy for the guests. There are also panels stretching out of the residences, providing shadow for the sitting areas. As for the construction materials, designers plan to use stone, wood, and concrete. This way, the residences will be in line with the Cycladic architecture and blend with its environment.
