Deam LLC, is a company dedicated to sale high-tech medical equipment for the healthcare industry, which decides to relocate its office to a new place . They chose an open space of around 400 sqm (4300 square- foot) that takes up the first floor of a corporate office located in the City of Córdoba, Argentina.

Comfort and convenience of the building were the foundations that shaped the functional organization. Therefore, we created and designed a high quality place, based on the positive impact of natural light and transparency that encourage teamwork and productivity.
Consequently, a large open and inclusive workspace was conceived, that coexists in a delicate balance with different private spaces like offices and meeting rooms.

The ceiling was left uncovered, showing the building pipes running through the open space. This layout highlights a second white ceiling with organic and irregular shapes, which by contrasting with the black color, the context and composition creates a kind of floating sensation.
