Overview
Lightstone, one of the largest and most diversified privately held real estate companies in the United States, is developing 130 William, a new luxury high-rise tower located in lower Manhattan.
130 William is designed by visionary architect Sir David Adjaye. It is his first skyscraper, as well as his first high-rise tower in New York City. He is responsible for the holistic vision of 130 William, including its iconic exterior architecture, as well as all of the building?s luxurious interiors.
Adjaye Associates has designed culturally significant and genre-redefining developments around the world, including the Smithsonian Institution?s National Museum of African American History and Culture on the National Mall in Washington DC; the National Holocaust Memorial and Learning Centre in London, UK; and the National Cathedral in Accra, Ghana.
130 William will rise approx. 800 feet tall, 66 stories, to make a bold architectural statement and unique addition to Manhattan?s iconic skyline.
