The architecture studio ZAS Architects has designed the new Rosemont Five Star Hotel & Residences, a majestic complex in Dubai. With built cost of nearly 230 million$, this property has everything of an exceptional project: two towers featuring 450 rooms and suites, 280 private residences and spaces with Bowling and trampolines. On the base, can be found an artificial beach and a rainforest for an immersive experience.
