Very Important Advices for the Wiring at Home
If you are having problems with the electricity cables at home and you are wondering how to find and fix the problem, you should know several basic info’s about wiring that are respected everywhere!
All cables are laid only in a strictly horizontal or vertical directions.
The angles of the wire turns are laid at 90 degrees angles.
The horizontal wiring line can be placed no closer than 10-20 cm from the ceiling and must run parallel to it.
Distance of wires from the door should be more than 10 cm. The same applies to the window switches.
When the metal objects are around, the battery cables must be laid at a distance no closer than 50 cm.
The switches can be located at a height of 1 meter above the floor surface.
Sockets by an European standard have distance of 30 cm from the floor. Sockets and switches near the shower cabin door can not be located closer than 60 cm.
Cabling from the switchboard is made of integral piece of cable.
Wiring can be connected only in the connection (terminal) box that has a high degree of protection against moisture and dust.
The electric panel is mounted as close as possible to the entrance of the supply cable.
Strictly forbidden:
To lay wires in front of doorways and in the corners of the walls.
On one switch to connect more than two lamps.
There shall be no bends and twisting wire.
Not allowed twisted wires – wire connections can be only by soldering, welding, screw or bolt clenching and terminals.
