Designed by the studio Ideo Arquitectura this bakery’s ingenious new roof is made of 12 000 magenta wooden painted sticks – the client’s corporate color. Architects wanted a contemporary rendering while preserving the historic building : they let the bare walls which are actually beautified by their modern work. Since the opening, the colorful and surprising interior continues to attract customers.
