Type of Walls that we See all Around
The earth has so many uneven structures that make the human’s life complicated and active dealing with it. So, people’s needs for construction, for living and traveling needs solutions that would keep them safe from possible earth moves on those sloppy terrains. That’s why we see so many different types of retaining walls near houses and roads. Safety comes first! Depending on the height of the soil that needs to be fixed, the structure of it and similar there are different types of wall constructions: grib wall, sheet pile wall, counterfort wall, gabion… More in the images bellow.
