Created after investor Jeremy Ricci bought an old RV Park and decided to put tiny houses on it instead, the tiny homes are pastel-colored pops of color less than a mile from the beach.

Each one is a little different, but we prefer the Siesta Lifeguard Stand which comes with a life-sized red or yellow life guard stand as the porch. In total the tiny house can sleep four, with two lofted sleeping areas located on either side of the house.
