ZAO / Standardarchitecture completed a project of hostel in a renovated Beijing hutong (name used to talk about small alleys or a narrow passage in China), 30 square meters large. This project continues the firm interest into this kind of architecture, typical of Chinese capital. The hostel has been created thanks to a juxtaposition of blocks, spaces and shapes all united by the courtyard.
