?The tz2 is a hotspot for industry 4.0?, said the ATP partner in Vienna, Horst Reiner, at the press conference. ?Optimal functional flexibility combines with the individual workshop courtyards that form part of the open space concept to perfectly meet the exacting requirements of tenants from the technology sector.
Thanks to its high level of sustainability this ATP-designed building represents another important milestone in the development of the Seestadt.? With 935 out of a possible 1,000 Ă–GNB points the tz2 is one of Austria?s most ambitious and climate-friendly buildings and has been awarded GOLD status by the Ă–GNB and klimaaktiv, all thanks to the expert energy and efficiency advice of the research company ATP sustain.
The Technologiezentrum tz2 Seestadt is scheduled to grow further: The third phase, tz3, is also being integrally designed with BIM by ATP.

The newly-opened tz2 is located right next to the first phase of the Technology Center, the very first building in Seestadt.
