Sponsored: One Kitchen, Three Ways: A Scandi Kitchen with Bosch Home Appliances
In partnership with Bosch Home Appliances, we challenged ourselves to style a newly remodeled New England kitchen three ways to reflect a change of mood and season. Last week we conjured a Japanese-inspired look. (See: Sponsored: A Japanese-Inflected Kitchen with Bosch Home Appliances). This week we reimagined the same space with a Scandinavian vibe.
Because the kitchen has a monochrome palette and a full suite of ultra-minimal, Bauhaus-inspired Bosch appliances, it lends itself to a variety of looks (perfect for the restless aesthete). Read on to learn more.

Above: The Plymouth, Massachusetts, kitchen was recently remodeled by architect Sheila Bonnell with all-new Bosch appliances. To capture the airy feel of many Scandinavian homes, we choose a pared-down palette including bone whites and warm woods, with just a touch of indigo and fresh greens.
Above: With its low profile, a Bosch Gas Cooktop integrates seamlessly with the honed granite countertops. On the shelves above, we added a characterful mix of vintage lab ware and a hand-formed Set of Three Nesting Bowls from White Forest Pottery. On the stove sits Staub’s Essential Oven in white enamel from Sur La Table, $150; a Hand-Carved Spoon from Black Creek Mercantile, $120; and a hand-formed plate by Lari Washburn.
