Make your home looking bigger, wider and more beautiful by adding an illusion of more square feet. That can be achieved by several tricks that all designers use:  A dark accent wall will make that area recede and thus the room will look larger; Add mirrors – they reflect the light and add more depth in the space; Use glass or acrylic tables – the fact they are transparent and you can see through them, spreads the visual space.
Use lamps or sconces (to free up floor space) in at minimum three corners; Add curtains on the windows and paint the bookshelves in similar tones as the wall- that is creating a streamlined effect…
