New construction house by the promoter Cases Singulars de L’Empordà, with a project by the architect and interior designer Glòria Duran Torrellas.
The magnificent house is located on Calle de Les Eres, in a new and small urbanization in the town of Saus, (Alt Empordà, Girona), surrounded by an incomparable natural environment and with views of the Empordà plain.
The house was built in the middle of the pandemic period and the developer, Cases Singulars de L’Empordà, wanted to respond to all the requests that those interested in leaving the big cities were looking for in the Empordà, meeting the most demanding expectations: – Location: the house is next to the town, with all the basic services at hand
