This Richard Neutra in West Covina California is lovely little gem and on the market. The J.M. Roberts Residence was built in 1955. The Roberts requested a more standard simple ranch style house, Neutra brought them around to his modernist style. The house recently went through a two year renovation. “Eric Lamers has just been completed: updating systems, recreating missing elements, & rehabilitating original details. Cork tile, original terrazzo flooring, birch paneling & built-ins, original fixtures, stainless steel firewood boxes, & more.” This home is humble, it just the right size, not over the top. I also appreciate how the interiors are shown in these pictures, they are correctly done and adds authenticity to the house.
