Richard Neutra in Philadelphia
This Richard Neutra in Philadelphia Pennsylvania is on the market. You can probably tell that I have a fondness for Neutra designed houses. Commissioned by the Hassrick family in 1958, the property features a restored kitchen with George Nakashima woodwork, and a living room with signature Richard Neutra walls of glass. The house has also gone through a renovation that was done very well. I love the openness of the house, it truly does have living spaces inside and outside. I appreciate the owners taste in furnishings. I am just glad that the house wasn’t tagged with crappy contemporary furniture. Great house, I wonder who the new owners will be.
