This Richard Neutra in Brentwood California, the Elsa and Robert Sale Residence, built in 1960 has a pending offer but I would be remiss not to share it as Neutra has to be my favorite architect. I greatly appreciate that you can tell this home was not staged and is shown, in what to appears to be, a lovingly lived in condition. I love the period decor, art, and furnishings. You can see that the home needs a little restoration and hopefully whomever has that offer in has good intentions with this piece of humble history. The setting looks to be in a nice peaceful neighborhood.
