Red Colorized Abandoned Aquatics Building in Rockaway
Artist Katharina Grosse did a land art installation in an abandoned building in Rockaway Beach, a beach located in Queens, New York. It’s in an old abandoned military fort in concrete that she decided to paint different shades of red, from white, covering the whole building and the ground. From the sky, we see an abstract installation placed in a wild and natural environment where visitors rest and enjoy the view.
