Precast Concrete a New Simplified way of Constructing
The structure of the precast concrete consists a mixture of concrete (cement, water, aggregates and admixtures) that is cast into a specific shape. The concrete is placed into a specific form, wood or steel, and cured before it is stripped from the form (usually the next day). These elements on the construction site can be lifted and assembled into structural assemblies like the process with the structural steel.
The erection of the precast concrete is faster, easier and less affected by the weather conditions. These concrete slabs are used for floor and roof decks.
