This post and beam Palm Springs California home is under offer but I feel like its worth sharing. Who doesn’t love the modernism Palm Springs represents and this home is no exception. If you spend some time looking through listing for Palm Springs mid century modern homes for sale, you will notice that a good portion of the homes are more contemporary or decorated on a budget when it comes to the interiors. I do understand that many of these homes are vacation rentals so I don’t blames those that don’t want to put their prized MCM pieces in that type of environment. This house stood out to me as the interiors are almost perfect. I love that the small sitting room has 6 lamps in it, something I would do. I am probably more picky that most, so kudos to the current owners here!
