Poly IFC integrates organic, multi-level design into central business district
CHICAGO ? (September 12, 2019) ? Global architecture firm Goettsch Partners (GP) has announced the start of construction for Poly International Finance Center (Poly IFC), a large-scale office development designed by the firm, spanning two parcels in the Huadu central business district (CBD) in Guangzhou, China.
Fronting a large civic plaza and straddling a linear park running through the Huadu CBD, the 273,300-square-meter (2.94 million-square-foot) project, developed by Poly Real Estate Group, is anchored by four towers and features 12 independent office ?villas? designed to provide an intimate scale that is unusual for a development of this size.
