Plastic Road is Maybe the Future"
The construction company “VOLKERWESSELS” devised a “green” alternative to asphalt – paths made of recycled plastics that are more durable than current ones. This new roads will withstand large temperature differences – from minus 40 to plus 80 degrees Celsius. They are quick to set up and take three times longer than asphalt, according to the British “Guardian”. Plastic roads are lighter, which contributes to reducing the load substrate, and may be hollow inside for easier and more practical installation of cables, pipelines and other urban infrastructure. Their additional advantage is reflected in easier set up the heater to prevent the occurrence of ice and retention of snow on the roads during the winter.
