The submitted project is a single-family house, situated in the suburbs. The location of the building provides spectacular views of the city of Plovdiv and impressive views of the Rhodope Mountains. The building is designed on two floors and one underground. There is also a parking space for two cars that are designed to the entrance of the house from the street. The patio access to the building entrance is through an alley with stone, which arches around a little pond decorated with flowering bushes, contributing to a better environment.
