One Family House with Traditional Style
Here we present a family house, free standing in a plot in the district. There is a pedestrian and car approach from the north of the street. There are two floors offering a lot of commodity for the tenants. The ground floor has living room with kitchen, conservatory, bathroom, storage, garage and boiler room. To the boiler is provided separate access from the outside. The garage has a connection to the hall of the house. The staircase to the second level is designed visible from the living room area. Above the dining room is provided an atrium. The living room area is designed so it can be connected with a spacious veranda.
On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, toilet and sauna. It is also planned total wardrobe. Each bedroom has its own balcony.
