New Washington African American History & Culture Museum
Last September 2016, The National Museum of American History and Culture has been unveiled in Washington. Formally created online in 2003, works stated in 2014 of a collaboration between David Adjaye, Philip Freelon, David Brody Bond and SmithGroupJJR. The building is inspired by a traditional Ouest African statuette. Entirely dedicated to curent and past afro-american culture, a waterfall in the Cour Contemplative horrors slavery.
