New Luxury Hotel Buildings in São Paulo
Four Seasons São Paulo, Hotel e Residências Fasano Itaim and W São Paulo, all designed by Brazilian firm Aflalo/Gasperini Arquitetos and following the trend of hotel + residences.
The luxury hotel market in São Paulo had no new releases since 2002, and it was, until then, dominated by Brazilian brands. In 2018, Four Seasons started to change this market, bringing the ?Hotel & Residences? trend to the city, where, in addition to guest suites, they also provide residential apartments, called ?Private Residences?. The hotel’s architectural design was developed by Brazilian firm Aflalo/Gasperini Arquitetos, in partnership with American firm HKS Architects. Four Seasons São Paulo

Aflalo/Gasperini was also chosen by Marriot International Inc. to design W São Paulo, the first unit in Brazil, to be located in the Vila Olímpia neighborhood, also bringing the concept of branded residence and the hotel’s hospitality.
