The Montoro Wines Project involves the master planning of the Montoro Wines site fronting Cargo Road and the design of a new Cellar Door Facility.

The new building includes a generous indoor/outdoor tasting area, patron facilities, food preparation area and administration area. The internal space flows seamlessly to a generous raised platform that overlooks the Montoro site. The whole building is covered by an iconic singular long span deep profile steel roof.
