These modern kitchens by Cuisines Steam are not only beautiful but they have a unique story behind them. Both foodies and design enthusiasts, Brigitte Boulanger and Jean Côté joined forces to rethink the heart of the home – the kitchen. There is a wide range of styles in their “projects” section but there is a common thread of “modern” running throughout. I am always more drawn to the black and white kitchens slapped with a little warmth from walnut. There is one project that is almost all black with white marble and with what looks to be the front of the refrigerator a highly grained walnut. It is so minimal and not main stream.
