This Ed Dreier home located on the Cottonwood Creek in Utah and was built in 1970. The home includes a private studio, 6,530 sq. ft., 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and is situated on a secluded 1.21 acres. First thoughts on this home are “wow” and “dream home”. Dreier did a beautiful job and bringing together the commercial feel with the residential feel. The glass and steel structure, from some angles could appear as an office building. I like the industrial feel on the lower level with the corrugated metal and exposed duct work. City Home Collective did a killer job at helping the new owners design the interiors using a minimal approach sourcing a few mid century pieces from The Green Ant and Tomorrow’s House.
