The approach to the property is from the south, where the street is. The first floor has 93.00 sq.m. where is located: entrance hall, living room and dining room; bathroom; bedroom; closet and a staircase. The living room and dining room are opened onto a veranda field. The second floor has 85.05 sq.m. and there is located: staircase that goes to three bedrooms; laundry and bathroom for general use. This floor has also two terraces.
