Architect Harry Ernest is responsible for this 60’s mid century modern home in Melbourne Australia. Gary Peer agency sent me a link to the recent listing. I have to say that this house is a stunner. In that first great room, I envy the linear running wood ceilings mixed with a rather large sky light. Just about every aspect of the home including furnishings reflect that mid century modern style we all love. From the few exterior shots, the old growth surrounding the house adds to it’s authenticity. From the video, I am guessing that if you live in Melbourne, it just doesn’t get any better than this if you are searching for a mid century modern property.
