This mid century masterpiece by James E. Second just hit the market. Jessica, the current owner was kind enough to reach out to me about this stunning home. The LaPierre residence was completed in 1960 by architect James E. Second ? who studied under the tutelage of Bauhaus legend Walter Gropius. The house is obviously amazing but I was first drawn in by the outstanding landscaping and surrounding old growth. With its numerous windows and wrap around deck, the landscaping is pivotal in creating that inside out experience. I envy the current owners and the soon to be new owners who get to call this home.
