Mid Century Los Angeles California built in 1962 is currently on the market. The house is pretty amazing, located in the Burbank studios location. I can’t get over that George Nelson Omni unit in the front room. I don’t think I have seen one with the built in speakers like those. The bathrooms aren’t show but I can appreciate the kitchen, it was kept fairly modest and not overly contemporary. I like the color palette of the home, you can’t go wrong with black and white. It looks like the landscaping is pretty nice with the house nestled into the side of a hill.
