This mid century in Paradise Valley Arizona is on the market. Designed by Blaine Drake in 1960 and having only two owners, it is a jewel in the desert. Overall the house is amazing and has been maintained nicely. The exteriors images our my favorite. The desert landscaping does an excellent job complementing the house and surrounding area. Camelback Mountain in the background creates a cinematic picture any mid century modern house lover could appreciate. I don’t fully jive with everything that is going on with the interiors but that is more of a owners choice decision. I am sure whoever becomes the new owner will put their own touches on this amazing home.
