This mid century in Grand Rapids MI is a gem and nearly untouched. The owners from the last 30 years have decided that it is time to sell. I don’t know why I still troll MCM for sale listings, I guess I can still dream of having one some day. I appreciate when I come across a great house and the interiors match my expectation as to what should be inside. These people obviously had great taste as their furnishings and art are proof. It is pretty much move in ready, maybe just change out some carpet. We don’t see who the architect is or the year built, unless I just missed it but truly a great one.
