Patten and Wild build this mid century home in 1963. The home is located in Palm Desert California and is currently on the market. I was thrilled to find an amazing mid century house that had both great architecture and great interior furnishings. I don’t know how many houses I have see that are nice architecturally but are then filled with very poor taste in furnishings, most likely the staggers. Obviously the current owners are fond of American designers such as Charles and Ray Eames, George Nelson, and even some lovely George Nakashima. I commend the current owners for such a commitment to the house it its entirety. The landscaping and exteriors are spot on as well. Listing like after the photos.
