This mid century Florida house by Gene Leedy is currently on the market and speaks the language of MCM perfection. It makes me happy to see a home in this condition, with period furnishings, and staged perfectly! I am not usually into cork flooring but these floors work for me. With the ceilings and beams being white, the cork flooring adds that perfect amount of warmth to the home. The openness of the floor plan combined with an excellent outdoor living space makes for the perfect home. It appears that most of the house is original and meticulously maintained. It sorta warms the heart doesn’t it"
