Mid Century Florida by William Rupp
This mid century Florida home by William Rupp has been meticulously restored. The restoration happened in 2007 by Seibert Architects. I think they did a fantastic job updating but not overwriting. There are plenty of mid century house that get “updated” or “renovated” that just miss the mark. Sometimes the problem is the blur between mid century and contemporary but to each their own. The clear story windows create levels of interest while lighting the interiors. Both the front and the back of the house have a fantastic design sense. The from is fairly standoff for privacy and the back with all of the glass windows let the dweller enjoy nature. It just happens to be on the market, link at the end of the post.
