Architects from the Northeast Collaborative Architects office imagined the reinstatement of the oldest American mall, located in Providence in the Rhode Island State, by making beautiful apartments. Architects kept the old structure that were the stores. To have a chance to live in those atypical apartments, there is a long waiting list.
