Making Stronger Foundation by some Useful Construction Tips

In the construction it is important to understand the elements and their job, for making strong and stable buildings. For example, the columns foundations should be very strong to bear the supplementary loads. So, the foundations are often expanded and fortified through a concrete jacket built up to the prevailing footings. With the purpose of transmitting exact loads, the new jacket should be fastened perfectly to the prevailing footing and column neck. Drilling holes into surviving concrete is also often procedure when the footing and epoxy plastering are the longitudinal reinforcement of jacket. Also, it is useful to apply complete anchorage length for longitudinal reinforcement by spreading the column jacket at the top of footing.
