La Solda was completed in June 2021. Special Umbria oversaw the construction as well as the interior design. La Solda is the conception of italian architects seeking to combine modern European design with traditional Umbrian charm. This unique location boasts breathtaking views, a high level of comfort and a modern southern European style which all come together to create an exceptional place to spend your holidays. The villa provides three double, air-conditioned, en suite bedrooms, a high-spec kitchen with top-brand appliances and myriad beautiful design features, including incredible light fittings. The Dutch owners are passionate art collectors and part of their photography collection is exhibited in their property. Age old olive trees frame the property while stunning views stretch for miles over the surrounding hills with the Cetona mountain in the background. Clever landscaping, a lovely pool (14mx4m) and a cosy porch make it the ideal place for seamless indoor/outdoor living.
