Koda by Kodasema
This cute tiny house named ?Koda? is designed by the Estonian studio ?Kodasema?. It allows the residents to ?raise anchor? and move to another location in less than a day. The house is made of concrete and other strong material and unlike the other conventional house construction can be extracted and recreate to other desired place, without foundations.
The house is made of prefabricated components and can be unfolded and folded in only seven hours. The house has 25 square feet total area and has a living room bathed in natural light thanks to the large glass panels on the front of the house. The glass façade is set back toward the interior to make room for a small terrace and protect the interior from direct sunlight. The kitchen and the bathroom are located in the back and they ensure greater privacy. The solar panels, which are mounted on the roof, are providing more energy that is needed to power the home, thanks to a vacuum insulated concrete temperature. These homes are modular which mean it can be connected in larger objects.
