This Hollywood Hills mid century was updated by Jim Walrod. Walrod has a great design sense and a lot of his work is spot on. He is said to be quite the expert on mid century and it really shows. This house is close to perfect in my eyes. The butterfly roof and with the clear story windows is the architectural stand out. The long running beams on the ceilings make the interiors feel massive. I could live there and be very happy. Lets not forget about the huge amount of terrazzo.
