Following part of the presentation of the speakers for the Fubiz Talks, a series of conferences organized around Made in France creators and creativity by Fubiz and TETRO on September 22, 2016 at the Opéra Bastille in Paris. Today, we will let you get to know Mathieu Lehanneur, an adventurer and innovative French designer.
As he just got graduated from the École Nationale supérieure de Création Industrielle of Paris, Mathieu Lehanneur came out with a first project displayed in the permanent collection of the MoMA. This master of innovation and conception is at the vanguard of international design as he uses water, air, sound and light to transform usual items in order to improve people’s daily life. He is one of the only designers from his generation who can master as many creative fields: from objects to architecture, from art to product, from handicraft to technology. His creations mix up science and art with talent, for example in “Andrea” or “Liquid Marble”. He received prestigious awards such as the Grand Prix de la Création de la Ville de Paris and the Best Invention Award. As he is also listed among the “100 World top designers and influencers”, he now collaborates with very popular brands such as Nike, Kenzo, Veuve Clicquot, Cartier or Sony.
