Facing Obstructions by Mike Creighton
Mike Creighton’s latest works, “Facing Obstructions” consists of portraits with a distinctive style. I like the bright colors used. The larger brush strokes create and abstract portrait with a different type of life. I can see these creating a statement in just about any room. Mike is talented when it comes to the human form, that is very evident. I would love to see him try even more abstract like concepts, I bet they would be stellar. Go visit his site as he has quite a few of his originals for sale at pretty reasonable prices. “Mike Creighton is a multidisciplinary artist living and working in Portland, Oregon. He uses a variety of media including oil, gouache, graphite, charcoal, digital applications, and code.”
