This is another version of the highly popular design series of Emerald. It is two story house for four to six family members, a compact block, covered with a hipped roof partially integrated into the body of the house. The house is a great proposal for those investors who are planning two story house, and at the same time want to fit in a small usable home space. Also is a great design for those whose plot does not allow wide and large house construction. Emerald 6 is a modern block, decorated with stone facings (or rustication plaster), and wooden inserts in elevation.
